Car Wash

You can reconnect with your soul
     all of a sudden
     even in a car wash

When the rotating brushes
     wash away your stains
and the gleaming blower
     hums above you
     until every droplet is gone

When the gate before you
     finally parts

You see a green light
You are bright
Beautiful

You can reverse
Back here
Back to this point in your life
